Entry Fee: $6.00 Per Archer
Centershot® invites all churches and camps that participate in a Centershot® program, JROTC Archery teams and schools that participate in the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) to register for the 2024 Centershot® Christmas Classic. This tournament will be conducted as a multi-site competition – enabling each participating church, camp or school to host their own tournament.
NASP Tournament Rules and Regulations: Tournament will follow NASP tournament rules and regulations. Rules | NASP® The only exception is team size. Centershot teams are 6 to 24 team members.
Registration Information: Coaches can schedule a shoot for their site beginning December 1, 2024. Registration will remain open through the end of the tournament on December 16, 2024. Centershot W-9
Scoring: Scoring will be conducted in pairs with archers scoring each other. Scorecards must be signed by the archer and the scorer and turned in to the coach. Please retain score cards for 6 months. https://nasptournaments.org/documents/naspscorecard.pdf
Score Submission: Coaches must enter scores and # of ten rings for each shooter at arrowscores.com by 11:59 PM CST on Dec 16, 2024.
Photographs and Release Form: We have included a photo release form which allows you to take pictures of the archers competing in the tournament. Please make copies of the release document and have parents sign. Collect signed releases and retain for 6 months. Permission to use image
Please take action shots of archers and two team photos; one serious and one silly. Photos will be used for a slideshow which will be featured at the virtual awards ceremony. Send photos to joe@centershotministries.org by Tuesday December 17, 2024. Photos received after this date will not be included in the slideshow.
Tournament Results: Tournament results will be announced online by Thursday December 19, 2024.
Virtual Award Ceremony: Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 7:30 PM CST: Featuring a slide show of participatipants.
