Open to KHSAA REGION 1 high school teams only

Registration:     Fee per archer $7. Registering BAI will be responsible for full (single) payment of all archers on roster after the drop date.  Payment (single payment for full roster) must be made at the registration table prior to receiving team score cards.  No exceptions.  Cash or check made out to Henderson Co. High School.

Admission:       Tickets purchased through GoFan or with card at the door:  $10/person, 5 and under free.  NO CASH accepted at door.

Parking:     Overflow car parking is available in the gravel lot adjacent to the paved lot with a pedestrian bridge (not handicap accessible) providing access to the facility.  If coming by bus, please unload/park/load in the gravel lot. Handicap parking available in paved lot.

ARROWS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.  EACH SCHOOL/TEAM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT.

Brief awards ceremony shortly after the conclusion of the last flight.  Awards not claimed during awards ceremony will be mailed to the associated school address of record at the convenience of HCHS or arrangements may be made to pick up at tournament location during evening weekday hours.

Concessions: Available onsite, accepts cash or card.
