Group Creation:

• To create a new group, go to Account Settings and select Account Groups. An authorized representative must create the group before it can be used for tournament registration.
• If the group already exists, you can associate your account with the existing group, allowing you to register archers as part of that group.

Linking and importing archers from NASP® Schools/Orgs:

• For groups in the NASP system on nasptournament.org, you can link your group to a NASP School/Org and import archers.
• Note: You no longer need to associate a group with the NASP Schools organization. The NASP link is used for NASP-restricted registration.

Group Roster Registration:

• Archers who are members of a group can be added to a Group Roster for tournaments that allow Group Registrations. Group membership does not automatically place archers on the roster—they must be added manually.
• If the tournament allows groups from multiple organizations, the group must select which organization they are representing when the Group Roster is created.

Non-Group Roster Registration:

• For tournaments that allow Non-Group Registrations, individual archers or teams of archers who are not part of a formal group can register using a Non-Group Roster. Non-group rosters may require a roster name at the time of creation for identification.

Team Scoring and Individual Scoring:

• When team scoring is not configured, add archers without a team scoring choice. Archers are scored individually.
• When team scoring is configured, open Configure Groups or Team Scoring Groups on the roster before adding archers. Choose Team scoring groups, then use Add Team Scoring Group to name and save the groups your roster will use.
• If the tournament allows individual-only entries and the roster has no team groups, you can choose Individuals only. The selected option shows a checkmark and saves immediately. Select Continue to Add Archers when ready.
• For every archer you add, select a shooting class and either a team scoring group or Individual Only. A roster can include team archers and individual-only archers when allowed. Choosing the roster's Individuals only option does not automatically set each archer's choice.
• If individual-only entries are not allowed, the toggle and Individual Only dropdown option are hidden. Create at least one group and assign every archer to a group.
• A school, church, or club Group Roster is different from a team scoring group. Choosing a Group Roster or Non-Group Roster does not assign archers to scoring groups. Archers assigned to a scoring group can still receive individual scores and rankings.

On existing rosters in unfinalized tournaments, Scoring Choice Required means an archer still needs a group or an allowed Individual Only choice. Existing assignments stay in place. Finalized tournaments are exempt from these new prompts and remain locked; older unassigned archers display No Team Assigned.

Tournament Registration Options:

• Tournaments can allow Non-Group Registrations, Group Registrations, or both. The system ensures users select the appropriate registration method based on the tournament’s specific rules.
